Description of Work

The position will be at the rank of Professor of Practice. This position will coordinate activities of the Yeutter Institute; plan and schedule seminars, workshops, and lectures related to the Institute; organize and administer the academic program of the Institute; manage the budget of the Institute; publicize the Institute and its activities; and teach undergraduate courses related to the mission of the Institute. The incumbent will work with faculty members affiliated with the Institute who are in the College of Law, College of Business, and College of Agricultural Sciences and Natural Resources to plan the academic program of the Institute as well as the educational outreach of the Institute. The initial appointment will be for three years; renewal will be available with satisfactory performance.

In addition to the above-described duties, the individual will be expected to accept committee assignments, reporting responsibilities, and other special ad hoc assignments as requested at the administrative unit, college/division, institute, and/or university level.

Minimum Required Qualifications

A graduate degree of Masters or higher, a superior academic record, demonstrated interest in the field of international trade or finance, and two years of experience in administration or management.

Preferred Qualifications

Advanced degree in field related to business, law, or agriculture.
