Description of Work

Place orders for food products, paper products, and chemical and other supplies according to Housing Dining Service procedures. Conduct daily, monthly and annual inventory. Maintain proper supply levels and restock items as needed for designated dining center or work area. Receive, inspect, and move products to correct storage areas. May operate a delivery vehicle. Perform other duties as assigned.

Minimum Required Qualifications

High School diploma plus two years supply, distribution, or inventory work experience required; equivalency considered. Computer knowledge necessary. Flexibility, ability to communicate and be a team player essential. Must have Food Handlers Permit or willingness to obtain upon employment and ability to complete other University required training. Valid driver’s license required.

Preferred Qualifications

Food industry supply, distribution or inventory work experience preferred. CDL preferred.
