Description of Work

Provide computer PC and Macintosh hardware and software support including troubleshooting and installation of components to departments within the College of Arts and Sciences. Assist with College-wide technology projects and network support.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Associate’s degree in computer science or related field plus one year of experience working with computer hardware and software required; equivalent education/experience considered. Experience with both Macintosh and PC’s necessary. Ability to prioritize and work independently as well as part of a team. Effective communication and problem solving skills required.
