Description of Work

Coordinate and manage premium seating game day operations and experience for all sports. Work all game days for football, volleyball, and majority of basketball, and oversee suites, clubs and hospitality rooms. Liaison for events with N Club and Marketing. Assist with sport promotion events including Husker Huddles, Fan Day, Fan Fests, golf tournaments and watch parties. Collaborate with head coaches and directors of operations regarding reunions, banquets, and other events.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, sports administration or related field plus one year experience with fundraising, event coordination or marketing required; equivalent education/experience considered. Experience utilizing sales skills and techniques required. Excellent written and oral communication skills and working knowledge of basic office software essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Prefer knowledge of ADvantage and Paciolan software, Excel, Word, InDesign
