Description of Work

Responsible for assisting in all aspects of digital asset and IT management at the Press. Also responsible for coordinating ebook conversion, technical troubleshooting, Crystal report development, and some database maintenance. Assists with Press document management and various clerical duties.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Associates degree in a relevant field of study plus one year professional experience with html and xml, Acrobat Professional, and technical troubleshooting required. An equivalent combination of education and work experience will be considered.

Preferred Qualifications

Publishing or book industry experience preferred. Familiarity with Adobe InDesign and Crystal Reports is desirable. Attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work on multiple projects with multiple deadlines is highly desired.
