Description of Work

This job contributes to Starbucks success by assisting the store manager in executing store operations during scheduled shifts. This job deploys staff tasks so that staff can create and maintain the Starbucks Experience for our customers and staff. The incumbent is responsible for modeling and acting in accordance with Starbucks guiding principles.

Minimum Required Qualifications

High school diploma plus one (1) year of experience in a work environment; equivalent education/work experience will be considered. Starbucks training and certification provided. Ability to read, write, weigh and measure necessary. Ability to communicate essential.

Preferred Qualifications

Ideal candidate will have one (1) year of customer service experience in a retail or restaurant environment. Supervisory experience is a plus.
