Description of Work

Transform lives by delivering, teaching and managing effective educational programming in Science, Technology, Engineering, and Math by providing positive youth development to include current and emerging youth issues in assigned area. Must be able to engage youth through diverse learning strategies at appropriate places and times. Ability to travel within service area. Position is located in Morrill County.

Minimum Required Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in youth development, education or closely related field. Bachelor’s must be completed by start date. Demonstrated ability to teach. Ability to keep accurate records and prepare reports.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with youth work through other organizations as an employee or volunteer. Previous 4-H or teaching experience. Excellent interpersonal, communication, leadership and teamwork skills. Knowledge of spreadsheet and data management software preferred. Self-starter with excellent organizational skills.
